Aimer à l'ULB offers confidential support and advice on sexual and reproductive health, relationships and emotional wellbeing. You can turn to the centre for medical care, psychological support or simply to talk through a concern with a professional.
How can they help?
Aimer à l'ULB offers:
Medical consultations for contraception, pregnancy, abortion, gynaecological concerns and STI testing and treatment
Psychological and sexology consultations
Social support, including help with administrative or financial difficulties
Legal advice and family mediation
Information and support on sexual health, relationships and emotional wellbeing
Need urgent gynaecological care?
Call at 9 am to ask whether an urgent appointment is available that day. If they cannot see you, you can contact the gynaecological emergency department at Etterbeek-Ixelles Hospital on +32 (0)2 641 48 15 (24/7).
STI testing: if you have no symptoms, it is best to wait six weeks after the last potential exposure before getting tested. If you have symptoms or are concerned, contact Aimer à l'ULB directly for advice.
Making an appointment
Appointments must be made by phone. If you need to cancel, let the centre know at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a €7 fee.
Remember to bring your ID and Belgian health insurance details (mutuelle/mutualiteit), if you have them.
