These services are available to ULB guest students at the same fees, ensuring equal access to the university’s healthcare resources.
Medical care
ULB Medical Service on the Solbosch Campus provides general, specialized, and paramedical consultations, along with nursing care and blood tests. Blood tests are free, but lab analysis through IBC is paid.
Before your visit, please note:
• Schedule appointments by phone, Monday to Friday.
• Bring your ID and VUB student card.
• Payments are accepted by banking card only.
• ULB covers third-party payments for consultations if you are in good standing with Belgian public health insurance and part of the ULB community including ULB guest students.

Psychological Care PsyCampus
PsyCampus offers specialized support for ULB guest students navigating significant personal changes. This transition can lead to stress, anxiety, or resurfacing of old issues.
Their team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and psychotherapists is available to help. They provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy using various therapeutic approaches, including analytical and systemic methods.
Services at Solbosch Campus and La Plaine Campus:
• Individual and group therapy

• Stress management groups
• Psychological consultations for study strategies
Confidentiality: All sessions are confidential, and no information is shared with parents or faculty.
Fees:
• ULB guest students: €8 per session (first session free)

Aimer à l'ULB - Family Planning Center
Aimer à l'ULB provides comprehensive sexual and reproductive health services in a supportive environment. They offer guidance and counseling without discrimination, promoting personal growth and responsibility.
General appointment guidelines:
Scheduling: All appointments must be made by phone (no email scheduling).
Cancellation: Notify them at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a €7 cancellation fee.
Services offered:
Medical consultations:
o For urgent gynecological consultations, call at 9:00 am. If unavailable, contact the Ixelles Hospital gynecological emergency services at +32 (0)2 641 48 06.
o Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) screenings: Wait 6 weeks after last risk exposure.
Psychological counseling:
o Call on the first day of each month to be added to the waiting list. Fees are based on financial situation. Each Belgian public health insurance offers partial reimbursement for psychotherapy.
Student rate: €15
Standard rate: €25 - €30
Couple and family rate: €20 - €60
First-line support services:
o Pregnancy tests: €7 by appointment only.
Sexological consultations
Legal consultations:
o Available Thursdays from 12:30 pm – 5:00 pm and the last two Saturdays of the month from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm.
o Fee: €25, adjustable based on circumstances.
Family mediation:
o Available Thursdays from 12:30 pm – 5:00 pm and the last two Saturdays of the month from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm. Fee: €30 - €50 per person, adjustable based on circumstances.
Social consultations: free of charge.
