ULB CULTURE CARD
The ULB Culture Card costs €12.50 for students and is valid from 1 September 2026 to 1 September 2027. It is free for first-year Bachelor's students (BA1).
How to get your ULB Culture Card?
Not yet registered at ULB?
You can subscribe to the ULB Culture Card when completing your ULB registration. If you do so through MonULB, the ULB Culture logo will automatically appear on your ULB student card, so you will not need a separate Culture Card.
Already registered at ULB?
You can still purchase the card through the ULB Culture section under ‘My Services’ in MonULB or buy it online.
If you receive a separate Culture Card, you can collect it from the ULB Culture office or ask for it to be sent to you by post. Contact culture@ulb.be to arrange this.
Please note that the ULB Culture Card cannot currently be purchased through the MonULB mobile app.

Have an idea for an exhibition, performance, festival or another cultural project? LAB Culture is ULB's incubator for student-led cultural projects and can help you turn your idea into reality.
Each year, LAB Culture selects five student projects for professional support, from the initial idea through to development and creation. The team can help you access useful resources, navigate administrative procedures and connect with Brussels' cultural network.
Not selected? You can still arrange a brainstorming session with the LAB Culture team to discuss your idea.
LAB Culture does not provide direct funding, but other funding opportunities may be available through ULB.
