The ULB Housing Office can help you explore your options and advise you on different aspects of student housing. ULB offers accommodation in its own residences and works with a wide range of partner residences and private housing providers.

ULB has student residences on and around its campuses, offering different types of accommodation, including rooms and studios.

Partner residences
ULB works with numerous student residences across Brussels. You can contact and book directly with the residence of your choice. See the ULB list of partner residences.
ULB Studapart
ULB also has its own Studapart platform, with studios, shared flats and rooms in private homes available for stays of 1 to 24 months.
HousingAnywhere
ULB students can access verified accommodation through ULB's partnership with HousingAnywhere and currently benefit from a 30% discount on the booking fee.
STAY SAFE
Be cautious when renting privately. Very low rents, pressure to pay quickly or requests for sensitive banking information are warning signs. If in doubt, do not transfer any money.
